Above is most likely the original sketch of the Thomas Ewing monument located in St. Mary's Cemetery in Lancaster, Ohio.  The sketch was found in the book, "Memorial to Thomas Ewing of Ohio" printed by the Catholic Publications Society in 1878. Below are the Ewing gravesites as they are today.
